Is everything on the menu available through mobile order?

When I was looking at menus through the several websites, some of those updated as recently as December 2019 don't have all the items listed as available through mobile order. I am particularly interest in POFQ, where we will be staying in March. All meals list many items that don't seem to be available through mobile order on MDX. Have restaurants limited what you can get though mobile order, or is it more likely that some restaurants have severely limited their options?

Actually, it’s the opposite...a few menus have options that are only available through mobile ordering.
