I'm from the US and need a little help from anyone who lives in the UK. This may seem a bit strange though. What I need is for someone to sort of be my UK connection so the shoes can be delivered to you, then you can send them to me. But I'll pay for the shoes, pay you back for shipping and handling, and also give you extra money just for thanks because I'll admit, this is sort of strange. But I don't want to talk about it much here, so if anyone wants 2 help (and someone PLEASE help???) then post your email in my pm. I'll email you back and give you all my details, but I may not reply right away because of the time difference. Anyway, thanks in advance!

For anyone who is interested, I forgot that the money I'm sending just to thank you for doing this is double or more shipping and handling fees. Shipment outside of the country cost 10 USD usually, so I'll just add on another 10, or if I have enough, 20. I'm not sure. Unless the shipment fee cost less, then in that case I'll still send that amount. For ANYONE who wants to help, once again lol.

Haha, no they are NOT full of cocaine. It's shoes. I'm a shopaholic. I did this once with a pair of italian jeans, and it worked out well. I know it sounds stupid (second post) but I just need help getting them here. All you need to do is put down your address. I don't mean to be vague, but I'm new, so my words are limited. If I could, I would go on and on. That's why I asked for someone to email me so I can give you EVERYTHING I had in mind.

Or maybe you could buy what you want of an UK Ebay seller ?

I assume its some high quality exclusive UK brand that you're after, like Asda George or Aldi ?

Kloe, I am sorry if I appear rude (I don't not mean to be), but why are you here ?? Have you joined the Disboards solely to get someone to be as you put it 'your UK connection'. I am a Moderator on the UK Community and I am very wary of someone who joins and asks for favours within logging in. Like I said I don't mean to sound rude, but this is only because I care about what is written on these boards and how it may affect the members of our community

Surely it would've been easier to ask advice on the US Community boards to see if anyone can advise you on your problem

I can't (and wouldn't dream) of telling anyone on the UK Community what to do, but I really hope that no-one parts with any money and that you find a solution to your query

It does sound a strange request after only posting on here for a little time but, to be fair it could be just a favour.
I admit myself that dh has asked for some trainers for me to be sent from someone in the US from another board.Though he had been a member on the board for longer than 5 mins and they were more than happy to do this.We only asked because the trainers in wanted were not available here.

Maybe it's for the same reason though i don't think you helped matters by not stating your reasons in the first post.

Whilst this may be perfectly innocent, it could also be an attempt to collect a few peoples private banking details under the guise of compensating you for postasge costs etc.

I would just like to take the opportunity to remind people not to give this information out unless you know the person you are giving the information to extremely well and trust them 100%.

If in doubt use Paypal or something similar

2 things pop into my mind.

1. How does the OP know that the shoes (or whatever it is) will be passed on? They do not know anyone here because they have not been around very long.

2. Why is it such a secret??

Although I have not been around long (i lurk alot though), if I was after something I would straight out say "Look I am really after purple converse sneakers in size 5 mens (7 womans). I can not find a single place in the Uk that sells them any chance someone could do the following ....." that said ... i really am on the look out for these, that is beside the point though .....

If the orginal poster was able to provide more info I might consider doing it for them. But right now? Not a chance it sounds too weird.

No (for everyone who thinks this) I'm not here just because of that. I realized it was a general board, so I could talk about anything. This is the first time I'm here, but this isn't the only thing I have posted. And seven posts is definitely better than just the one (which would be this one) which means I have more intentions than just this, especially seeing as this is my first day.

I'm using paypal for all the transactions, so it's safe. I'm the one who would be worried, no one else. And I have a job, why would I do that? Gotta stop to think about that one. And I'm not a theif. Wow, you have a credit card at 16? How did you get a paypal account?

If you genuinely are looking out for those shoes I suggest you follow the advice of some of the people on this board and try Ebay. There are hundreds of 'Killah' shoes/clothes on ebay.co.uk and i'm sure a seller would be willing to post to you.

This is sort of a weird way to go about it and if you really want those shoes asap it probably won't happen this way. Honestly, ebay is your best bet!

I dont believe anybody is calling you a thief but surly you have to understand that nobody on here knows you, you have just joined a Disney forum, and in this day and age, everybody has a right to be careful and protect themselves.

Um...I don't have the account, my DAD does. And of course I would have a credit card. I have a job, which means I get paid two times a month. Where else will I store my money but an account? Certainly not a piggybank. And I've tried to get these killah shoes, but everytime I look for them, it's always asos.
