Is Epcot's AM EMH crazy?

I'm putting my schedule together and trying to decide if we should do Epcot's AM EMH or avoid it. We are pretty much avoiding the EMH park days and working our schedule around them but we there are a few rides/attractions we want to do at Epcot. Should we go early and get them in and then leave or would we make out just as well by going at opening of a non EMH day? Thanks in advance.

I presonally found that all of the EMHs in the AM were much crazier than the PM. AK, EPCOT and MK especially. On MGM EMH in the PM, I saw tons of people there until close.

However, I will say....it should not matter. There will be even more people in the park after the EMH hours are over and the parks are open to everybody...so if you want to go, then you should certainly go. :goodvibes

My experience at Spring Break was the opposite - Morning EMH's were great & you could get alot done. Evening EMH's were horrible tho, with busloads of people pouring into the Park even 2 hours after the beginning of the night time EMH.

I plan on doing the morning EMH, leaving that Park by noon & hopping to a non-EMH park. That's what worked for us in April. If I try that the first day & it doesn't work out, then I'll switch strategies...

We did the Epcot EMH a.m. hour in April, and it was great! We rode TT and MS right after each other, and got FP's for both as soon as we were done riding (that were for the minute the park opened). We also walked around, took pictures of the F&G festival topiaries, and then saw the first Characters in Holiday when they showed up outside SE. There didn't seem to be as many people there as we saw at other early entry times at other parks, and maybe it was due to there only being a few rides open, as opposed to the other parks.

This was before Soarin' had officially opened, so I don't know if that attraction's popularity has caused the a.m. EMH to now be more busy.

I would say go for morning EMH at Epcot. It's less crowded than evening EMH. Most people will get there early, then rush to the Land to catch Soarin. The best thing is to get a fast pass for Soarin', then stand in line. Once your ride is over, catch Living with the Land. By the time that one is done, you'll be able to immediately ride Soarin' again with your Fastpass. We did this and was able to ride Soarin' 2x in an hour time. Then you can go to the other side of FW and get fastpasses for TT or MS.

Thanks everyone. I think we will give it a shot and get as much as possible and then leave and go to a non EMH park when it gets real crowded. :flower:
