I remember the first trip with the kids years ago. This was before TT and MS, and it was unusually hot in the parks. (My memory is hazy, or my trips mixed up, but we would have already done Soarin' earlier in the day and weren't into doing Maelstrom. And it was a couple of hours after doing the Chip 'n Dale Dessert function.) Anyway, It's mid-afternoon, and we decided to go in to cool down. Best decision I ever made. Kids liked the show. DW and I liked the show. And we were refreshed and rested enough to tackle the rest of the day.
We still go there, even without the kids, when it's a hot day at Epcot. Same old show, same old spiel, and I'm still fascinated how they get all those large sections of seats to move and go along the tracks and turn it all into a ride.
However, I wouldn't complain if it was completely changed and/or updated to be 3D.
