Is El Pirata Y el Perico Restaurante Open Now?

We are heading to "The World" next weekend and were wondering if it was open? I know it only opens seasonally but was hoping it was open due to the Easter holiday. Has anyone been there recently enough to know? We are keeping our fingers crossed. Thanks for your help.
