Is Disney planning additional curise destinations

Anyone hear if Disney is planning cruises to Alaska or the Meditranian or anywere else?

Ah, the $64,000 question. At the moment DCL has scrapped plans to test a Mediterranean itinerary in 2004. They definitely are still in discussions regarding a NEW ship and the itinerary at this point is up in the air. Alaska is certainly a possibility, but nothing official has been announced.

On the 1/4 Magic at the Q&A with the Captain and Steering Commitee, this question was brought up. The Captain said DCL is always looking at new destinations, but none are in the works at the moment and there is no plan for a third ship at this time.

I think DCL is just waiting to see what is going to be happening oversees and with the economy. IMO.
