Is DBL101 still DISigning?

I put in a request for DBL101 on his baseball thread. I noticed that there were a few requests above mine from previous months that were unanswered on the thread. I do not know if he answered in private or he is no longer DISigning.

Does anyone know if he is still DISigning? How long should a request be left unanswered before you ask someone else to work on it for you. I just asked yesterday, so no rush, but I was just wondering.

I also requested a DISign on 4/17. On 4/16 (the day before) a request was completed for someone else. I am so confused. What is the proper etiquette in waiting for a response before I ask someone else for a DISign? I do not want anyone to feel like I was trying to rush them. The longer I wait, the worse I will feel asking another DISigner for a rush on a disign because I waited so long. I now have my t shirts and transfers and probably need to get to work before our June Disney trip. Any advise would be appreciated.
