Is CSR as big as CBR?

Can anyone comment on the distance from the Ranchos at CSR to the food court in comparison to the distance say from Jamaica to food court at CBR?

We stayed in JAmaica last yr and didn't think it was so far to the food court. (5-7 min)

But some people are saying 15 min walk from RAnchos to Pepper MKT--which is where we want to stay this summer--is that accurate???

Those people are correct... the walk from the Ranchos is about 13-15 minutes to the food court, and in fact is directly across the Lake from Pepper Market. At CSR, the food court is in one direction and the pool is in another. However, if you are interested on only the pool, then the closest building would be Ranchos 6B. If you want the building in the Ranchos that is closest to Pepper Market, then I would suggest 7B-- it still would be about a 10-12 minute walk... it is also closest to the bus stop.

You might want to try the Cabanas... then you would be between the food court and the Dig site pool. It is the most convenient, in that aspect, of any of the areas.

The most convenient to Pepper Market is the Casitas building 1, which has smoking optional rooms on floors 3 and 4, and it right next to the convention center.

15 mins is alittle exaggerated. Most folks could walk a mile in 15 mins. It is not a mile walk to the main building. The lake at CSR is much smaller than CBR so the walk around is also less.

Cabana 9b is closest to the Main Building, the Dig Site & bus stop #1.

we stayed in cabanas 8A last year. This is an awesome location within this resort. literally 50ft to the dig site. maybe 100 yards or less to bus stop #4 and at most a 5 minute walk to pepper market. I walked around the entire lake last year in about 15 minutes.
