Is Coronado about to hit Caribbean Beach levels of under construction?

My husband and I are the early phase of officially pre-planning a September 2018 trip. I noticed when searching for rooms that Coronado is actually the cheapest moderate during that time. We're still trying to decide between Pop or a Moderate for this trip and I was surprised but I know CBR has been cheapest because of construction and traditionally Coronado was the most expensive moderate (like a baby deluxe almost). What does this mean for the refurb? Does everyone think it's too much of a risk. We wouldn't have liked CBR without the food court, all under construction, etc., but we stayed at Cabana Bay at Universal with construction near by and it didn't bother us.

Any thoughts?
