Is calorie info displayed at the Restaurants in WDW?

Eeeeeeeek I'm heading there TOMORROW! After three years of saving and waiting, finally going back. And I just got engaged to my amazing fiancé! We are so excited for our last getaway before we have to buckle down and start saving for a wedding.

I just completed the 21 Day Fix (A BeachBody program, kind of like Insanity but not as... well, insane. But still quite difficult!). I don't want to undo all the hard work I've just done in the last three weeks in Disney. Fiancé and I are paying OOP for this trip, and if we want a dessert, we're going to split it. But overall, even though it's a vacation, I'm trying to eat very healthy on this trip!

Just wondering if the calorie information and nutritional info (fats, carbs, protein, etc.) is displayed underneath each menu items at all the restaurants in WDW? If not, is there an app - or a website that displays all that info? It would be good to have!

It seems to have good advice even if it doesn't have specific calorie counts. Apart from that I imagine it's a case of using common sense.

They most definitely do not have that information available. A couple years ago (before my trip got cancelled ) I emailed the special diets department to get information on the fat content because my daughter has CF and we dose her enzymes based on that. This is the response I got:
Unfortunately, we do not have, and therefore, cannot provide you with accurate or reliable nutritional or fat content information. We can however, attempt to suggest some menu solutions that may satisfy your request.
Most restaurants offer no sugar added, low fat, low sodium, vegetarian or vegan options. Advance arrangements are not necessary for Guests with these dietary requests. We recommend Guests discuss this with their server upon arrival at the restaurant.

So it looks like you might be able to ask them to suggest the healthier options but you won't have any luck with the detailed nutritional information.
