Is BAT better/same as AP code EWP, justify AP?

Hi,

Haven't called yet today. Does anyone know if BAT is the same rates as AP code yesterday EWP?

I booked EWP yesterday in case I couldn't get BAT. Considering (will have to if I keep EWP) getting one AP for one of my kids if the AP discount is better.

We are only staying 4 days/4 nights. Don't know if we will be returning to use AP again. Can I justify getting the AP?

I got standard room at POR resort for $84/night in Oct using EWP.

What do you experts think? What would my rate be with BAT?

I called this morning and got the cost comparison - not all that easy as the CMs don't like to do it. Anyway, For 10 nights at WL, BAT was $140 dollars more that the AP rate. Hope this helps!

I asked a similar question before, and I think alot of ppl are saying that today's BAT code is slightly higher than yesterday's AP code.

So we just kept our AP codes from yesterday and didn't bother calling today.

I believe POR standard is $94 per night with the BAT discount. A waterview is $109.

POP w/ BAT is 74. for regular season

POP w/ AP is 69. for same season.

A five dollar savings per night w/AP over BAT.

I got a standard room at POR for $79/night using the AP code for 13 days starting the last week of October.

Not sure which rates are better, however I believe that at least one adult in the party must have an AP in order to recieve this AP discount rate.

EWO is the new FL Resident rate.. is BAT better. We are booked right now on FL resident and I'm currently on hold waiting to chech which is better!

Yesterday, I told the CM that I wanted to get AP for my DD9, she said that would be fine to get the AP rate with a child's AP. I hope that is right.

Chances are that we will try to go back again in a year's time. Maybe I should get everyone AP's,hummm. like, I need another excuse to go to WDW again. I was just going to get the
5day 4+ hopper from ticketmania, for the rest of us.

SetzKitten - I wonder why I got $84/night rate instead of $79. I asked for standard room in Alligator Bayou? Dates 10/10-15.
any thoughts?

cahterines_mama, AP and Florida Resident rates are usually identical. It seems that BAT rate is higher than the AP rate, and thus higher than the Fl. Resident rate.

Yes, BAT is slightly higher than AP/EWO.

We have Ft. Wilderness Cabins 10/14-10/17 for 3 nights w/ BAT = $565.00

With EWO = $552.00. A $13.00 difference.
