Is Back to the Future not there anymore?

Mr Mo and I have been really looking forward to Back to the Future ride (I've riden it before and thought it was fab!) but I've been searching the Universal site and see no sign of it anymore!

Someone tell me it is still there ... please!

BTTF closed earlier this year to get ready for a new Simpsons ride that is supposed to open in that building next spring.

I don't think it was the worst ride but I couldn't ride it anymore because it was too painful for my head...especially in the back seat!

In the past few years it had become what I call a "Puke Goose"...that is a ride that makes you throw up, or feel really sick. I give that distinction to only a few rides, including BTTF, Cyber Space Mountain, and Body Wars.
The Simpsons is going to be the same type of ride, but it should be a lot smoother and a lot better....or the people will revolt.

I had the same painful experience when we rode it a few years ago - smacking my head on the back of the ride vehicle When I got off I was so nauseated we ended up going back to the hotel shortly after and the day was basically a write off. You could say that we both weren't sorry to see it go.

I agree with all. I had been on the ride once and found my head also banging into the rear of the car. Not a well designed ride in my opinion. I love the Simpsons and can't wait for the new ride. I hope they tweak the things that were wrong with the old one.

Same thing for me! I don't know if it's because I got older, the ride got older, or a combination, but last time I rode it (a week or so before it closed), I had to close my eyes halfway through due to the motion sickness. The only other ride that gets me like that is Body Wars. I'm fine on Star Tours and other simulators but BTTF was killer for me.
