Is anyone having trouble signing in to your My Disney Experience this morning?

Same here...very frustrating. MDE phone app was just updated this week, and I was actually hopeful things would improve. But in total Disney tech fashion, they made it worse!:sad2:
 
I just tried and here's the message:
Sorry, the Email or Member Name and/or Password do not match any in our system. Please try again or create a new account.
If you feel this message is in error, call (407) 939-4357 for assistance.


This really bugs me. Why don't they just say that the site is down, rather than posting a message telling the guest that their account has poofed?

Probably because whatever the error is, is triggering that particular error message. So it's probably something wrong with their login system, not necessarily that the accounts are deleted. But as IT, you can't possibly account for EVERY error that could ever happen. It'd be nice though if error messages wrote themselves and told exactly what was wrong. It'd make my life a lot easier :).
 
I have what may seem like a dumb question; I apologize...

If the system isn't back up tonight/early am (my 30 day mark) could I call and make my FP+ choices? I see where you can make dining reservations, but I didn't know if making these choices on the phone is available.

Keeping my fingers crossed that it's back up...and soon! Thank you!!
