Back on May the 4th Lucasfilm announced the next US Celebration Convention will be on April 13-16, 2017 at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, FL. I had already planned very far ahead to attend this event (I've been planing since I thought I was going to be able to go to SWC Anaheim 2015 but ended up not being able to go).

And I figured, since I am already gong to be in Orlando, I can't not go to Orlando and not go to WDW lol. So my initial trip is April 12-17 at an OCC hotel, I booked Best Western Orlando Gateway for those days to attend SWC17, then on April 17, I will check out of Best Western and transfer over to Disney, not sure what resort I want yet, I was kind of set on a POR Royal Room, but now that POP Century is $194/a night that might be my only option, my original budget was $200/night, and I thought I could get a Moderate with that, but the price hikes this year are ridiculous, so now I'm not so sure.

I am adding April 17-23 to my Orlando trip for Disney. I've got a 1/2 day PM at Animal Kingdom, 2 days at MK, 1 day at Epcot, 1 day at Studios, and a 1/2 day split between Epcot in the morning and Studios at night so I can watch Fantasmic and the new Star Wars night show a 2nd time since those are my favorites, then check out day on 23rd.

This is my first solo vacation as an adult away from my parents, and I'm kind of freaking out a bit. I'm going to be reserving my room in the next couple of weeks, right now I'm comparing prices and budgeting. I am SO excited!!! :D :)
