Is anyone else having problems with IPO??

I am sorry your not getting the service you are paying for...I am booked at AKL in dec and my 180 mark is may 6 th and I spoke with akl ipo last week and she did all my stuff right there on the phone...all my adrs (she will do them june 6th) bbb... GF tea....sunrise safari...everything! she was ssoo nice telling me every option I had and she even noticed it will be my dd2 b day while we are there and is sending her a white choc castle cake to our room AND a choc one for my ds10 ON THEM! she wants to send a card and balloons... the whole nine yards..this is our first time in club level and I cant wait. I hope things work out good luck!

I was going to tell the OP that I've read about this happening recently, then remembered it is the same person. But honestly, you're not the first person I've heard of with this problem at this hotel. But that was a couple of years back when the first switched to central offices instead of the resorts doing the ADR's.

I so glad to hear you are getting such great service from the AKL IPO Staff. I hope you can clear something up for me. I'm staying at the AKL in December. According the dining calculator the 180 day mark is in June, not May. How did you get the May date?

Balloons are not allowed on Animal Kingdom Lodge property. I wonder my the CM told you she would send your son balloons.

she did my schedule already over the phone, she will call and give me comf # for adrs on june 6th (my 180) but they can do your itinerary before that...they r going to send a card to the room and they will hold the ballon downstairs for when we leave...you can take ballons but you have to leave them with the bellman in the lobby.
