My dh and I are doing it. Its been one week and we can honestly say we love it. So easy and we both like the food. (That may say something about my cooking, lol). Dh lost 7 lbs the first week, I lost 2. We are really busy right now, so it works for us.
He is on the weekends off and I am on the 28 day program. I still take Sundays off, and we cook our meals and eat together that day. Dh says it is the easiest diet he has ever been on.
