Can you click on the three dots in the middle of the bar to open other options?

I have the smiley on my tool bar. It might have to do with the zoom level you're on. When I'm on 125% I have it. When I go up or down one level it disappears.

On my laptop, I can hold down the Control key and spin the wheel on my mouse to zoom in/out on a website. Very helpful when trying to read a lot of printed materiel.

Aaaannnndd.... now it's "fixed". I can see the emoj icon regardless of the level of zoom.
