Is an Express Pass for IOA worth it the week before the 4th of July?

Hello Friends,

For some context I will be visiting IOA and USO on the 28th and 30th of this month. We won't be staying on property and are unable to due to non refundable hotel. I assume itll be hot and busy at IOA. That's why I want to get an express pass for IOA when we go, I also get a discount on them through my work so I wanted to get one for IOA for us. My bf, who hasnt been to the resort in at least a decade, thinks it's a waste of money. I don't think so, but I also never been to IOA and certainly never just before 4th of July.

Is the Express Pass worth it at this time? We can only go on the 28th and 30th to these parks and I think IOA has enough big rides to warrant getting the pass for that park. Thank you so much for your help!

IoA rides:
Seuss Landing - all are "kiddie" type rides, EP will save time if you are riding but aside from the Trolley these are minimal waits regardless
Hagrids - does not take EP
Forbidden Journey - EP will save you time, however the queue is interesting so it's not too bad to wait. Also has very productive single rider line.
Hippogriff - kiddie coaster, EP will save time if you are riding it. But can be a slower EP line because it's just not a high capacity ride
Velocicoaster- EP will save time (possibly a lot of time)
Jurassic Park River Adventure - do you want to get wet? EP will save time. Line is boring so EP more advantageous.
Kong - EP will save time (possibly a lot of time)
Dudley Dooright flume / Popeyes barges - do you want to be soaked through to the panties? EP will save time. Lines fairly boring.
Spider-Man - Productive SR line, otherwise EP will save time
Dr Doom - EP will save time (and line fairly boring). This is just a standard launch/drop tower - nice view, but not the end of the world to skip it.
Hulk - Productive SR line, otherwise EP will save time (and line fairly boring)
Storm Force - teacups are not a good use of time for a single day, but likely not a long wait regardless
