Is Alamo full size (Pontiac Grand Prix) big enough for family of 5?

We are flying into Tampa and were only going to rent a car on the days we were traveling to and from the airport/WDW. I have been checking the Alamo site and found that it's not much more to just rent a car and keep it for the duration of our stay of 9 days. I can get a full size vehicle (Pontiac Grand Prix or similar) for $183 total. It was over $100 more to bump up to a SUV. I know we won't have problems fitting into the car, it's the trunk space for our luggage that I'm worried about. Any feedback? Thanks!!!

Full size is usually an Impala, and you will have more than enough room. The Grand Prix is also very roomy.

Impala/Grand Prix/LaCrosse are all large enough. Unless you pack extremly heavy, the trunk is more then adiquite. Also, SUV's are often less roomy as far as passenger room.

According to their website, it fits 2 adults, 3 children plus 2 large suitcases and 3 smaller suitcases. If this sounds like your group, then yes. You may be carrying some of your luggage on the kids laps. And depends on how much you plan on bringing.

I rented a Grand Prix from Avis last week, very roomy. 2 adults and 3 children would be fine. Trunk space was huge. In fact, I left a bottle of water in there one night and it rolled to the back, I could not reach it.
