Is ADR online system down?

I was trying to make an ADR at Kouzzina and I cannot get into the system. I keep getting the "we notice you have been idle for 30 mins. etc etc.)

This happened the first time I logged on. Does the system shut down at a specific time?

I just tried the online ADR system, and it was working for me
