Gosh, I was planning on breaking my trip up between the HRH and Swan/Dolphin with just a couple of days at Disney parks but after seeing all the great pictures of the HRH, I'm wondering if I should just stay here the whole time!

I'd stick with your plan and go to both hotels. Save the best for last and go to Dolphin/Swan first. Have a super time.
