Is a last minute President's Day weekend trip crazy?

My husband and I are considering booking a 4 day trip for President's day weekend. hotel prices don't look terrible but historical crowd calendars have us a bit worried. Anyone know if we could still get fast passes? Especially thinking things we haven't seen yet (Frozen Ever After and Soarin around the world).
