is 960 acres the whole Shanghai Disney Resort or just the park?

I've been reading that Shanghai Disneyland is 960 acres. is that just the park or the whole resort (park + hotels). 960 sounds too big for a Disneyland park.

[GALLERY=][/GALLERY]I think that's the whole resort. It was discussed on a recent thread on the rumor Board and someone posted a Google Earth shot that showed the park was about 111 acres.
