Is 95%cotton/5% spandex shirts okay for iron on transfers?

Target has these ultimate tees that are 95/5 cotton/spandex. They are lightweight, cool and comfortable. I was wondering if they would work well for iron ons. Anyone had any experience using tees with spandex in them?

Yes, we used them on tank tops that had spandex.
