Is 4 nights to short of a stay?

I've done a 4 night trip many times. I usually wait until the kids have a Friday/Monday off from school and make it a long weekend. That way, they only need to take 1 or 2 days off from school.

We take a 9-10am flight from Chicago on arrival day, and like a 6-8pm flight home on departure day.

If you are at WDW when it's not super hot, it easy to stay at the park all day long. On our 4 night trips, we usually do MK on arrival day, another MK day, 1 day at Epcot, 1 day at the Studios, and then AK on departure day.

You'll love WDW at Christmastime. Just don't go during the week of Christmas!

2 travel days, plus 13 park days was too little for me!! of course, it was our 1st whole family trip. We have to travel 3000 miles to get to WDW so 4 days, is out of the question!
