Is 3 nights enough?

My bf and I have been to WDW several times but never DL. I work in the travel industry and there's a really good deal for the Grand Californian in March- 3 nights standard view and 2, 3 day hoppers for $410 total.

Is 3 nights enough to see both parks? On our first day we would arrive around 1pm, then have two full days at the parks and leave on the 4th day. DL is open til 11pm all 3 nights, and we are the types who would stay til closing.

Is that enough time in your opinion?

Thanks!

That is an incredible deal, jump on it! For seasoned WDW vets with no kids, I think you can get quite a lot done. Disneyland is very compact and with your knowledge of getting there early, fastpass and all the others tricks you have learned from your WDW trips you should be fine. That is absolutely a GREAT deal and if you don't take it, it would just be plain wrong!!

It is plenty of time, especially for just 2 adults. It is very easy to go between parks at DL compared to WDW, so you won't waste as much time traveling or hopping either.

Have a great trip!

Wow!

I've stayed at the Resorts twice in the past couple years, only for little weekend/one night things. We had absolutely no problem fitting everything in... WITHOUT PLANNING.

You will most definitely have a blast!

That is plenty of time. I hoped from park to park, back to DDdisney and back to the parks, hotel for supper...if you don't go I'll take your place that is a great deal, go and enjoy it, have a blast:cool1:

It's not enough for us. We usually do 4 day hoppers, and go every year. This year we are doing 5 day hoppers because 4 just isn't enough for us.

thats a great deal..... how did you get it? We are thinking of making a trip in March and would love to get in on that!!!!!! And yes.... you can see the parks in that short of time, but I would try to see the things that are not at WDW 1st, like Alice in Wonderland, Mr. Toads WildRide, and the Matterhorn!

With just two adults, I think it is plenty of time. We have two under 3 1/2 and 3 full days is a good amount of time. We try to go when it isn't busy so we can get more done. That is a GREAT deal, go for it!

Well it is never enough for me, even when I have done six full days it wasn't enough. But for the OP to at least see much of Disneyland and see what its about, its enough. And it doesn't sound like she has kids which will make a huge differerence. I guess I think its enough to make it worth it to make the trip.

Wow somebody from the travel industry. Now you can answer the questions when somebody asks something about disney. Because you have been there.
That will make you very popular and I bet you will sell more disney trips than anybody else. And yes that it a great deal. Make sure to tell all of your disney family here the deals.

Is that enough time in your opinion?
:lmao: My opinion of a great vacation is when you leave wishing you had more time, yet are glad to get back home. So, NO, this isn't enough time, but I would do it in a heartbeat! :thumbsup2

IF you can't make it,pm me. I will gladly take up the slack.(I have a 3dy weekend coming up in March). On your dime of course.:rolleyes1

That is exactly the trip were doing in May (well without that great deal!). We'll get there on Friday around noon, spend the rest of the day in the parks. Then have Saturday and Sunday in the parks, and go home on Monday. Is it enough? I think it is, we have one child and get to see everything we want to in that time. Plus do our favorites a few times over. We really prefer 4 full days, but since were planning on going twice this year, it's okay that this one is a little shorter for us.

Not to mention that is an AWESOME deal. Yeah, I'd take that in a heart beat!

Holy cow, is that deal online or something, link it up if you could, i would LOVE to jump in on a deal like that.

I'd be all over that! With just the two of you, you'll be fine.

We go for five days in the park and leave wishing we were staying "just one more day", but we have three little kids with us so that's a much different situation.

I booked it! I booked 4 nights, but I think i'll drop the 4th night because then I'll have to buy another 1 day ticket for each of us and take another day off work.

It's a travel agent appreciation deal. We were originally going to WDW for a quick weekend but I know I couldn't do a deluxe hotel for that price.

The deal is $79 a night at Paradise Pier, $89 a night at DL Hotel and $119 at Grand Californian plus two free 3 day hoppers, travel by March 15

Yay! What a great deal! Very, very exciting!

Yea for you! I'm envious, but I know you'll love your trip. Let us know what you're planning on doing. :cool1:

Yes that is enough time you will probably be able to do everything multiple times and then some. Have fun!
