Is 2 Hours enough time to eat at T-Rex and make it back to GF for Magical Express?

I was wondering if a 3:00 ADR at T-Rex is enough time to make it back to Grand Floridian to catch a ME Bus, which I'm assuming will leave around 5:00 P.M.? Our Flight back is at 8:00 P.M. I'm willing to take a cab back to the resort. Do you think if we arrive early we will be seated early? Is T-Rex worth all the hassle or are we better off going to Crystal Palace? We don't care about characters.

For me I would allow at least an hour & 15 to 20 min + an hour for traveling time by the busses to get to your hotel.

1) get to TRex early...can wait as long as 30 min or more for your table, reservation or not.

2) plan on taking a cab just to be safe, even if you get seated on time & meal goes well because the Disney bus transportation from DTD is NOT very efficient As PP stated, you'd have to allow at least 60 minutes for bus transport back to GF, and could be much more. The bus doesn't go directly from DTD...multiple stops. And the "every 20 minutes" may or may not happen...we've waited almost 60 min. for a bus. Average in our experience is closer to 40 min.
