Is 180+10 the same date that Disney gives you?

When I got my welcome packet after booking our trip in November, it gave me dates that said when I can start booking dining and Fast Pass +. My question is - is the date they give me 180 days? Or, is it the 180 + 10 days? Does anyone know?

Just to be clear, and you may already know this but this was something that had originally confused me. You do your ADRs on your 180 day from your checkin date. If you are staying at a Disney resort you get what is called 180+10. This does not mean you get to do your ADRs on 190 day. It means you get on your 180 ADR date, you get 10 date range from your checkin date opened to you to make your ADRs. This gives you a jump on anyone without an onsite stay because they have to make each ADR on the 180 date for each day, doing only one day at a time.

I have a follow up question: Does the ability to make dining reservations at 180 days +10 plus work only by calling or can I also do that online on MyDisneyExperience? Thanks.

You should be able to do it online. But some people are unable to, so they need to call to book their reservations.
