iron on transfer t-shirt instructions needed

I thought I saved the instructions to a file in my computer but only can find the tie dye mickey head

Does anyone have instructions or could point me to some?

I need to wash and dry the shirts first with no fabric softener correct?
Does it matter what type of detergent?

Whatever your regular detergent is should work. Do not use liquid fabric softener or a dryer sheet. Happy ironing!
