Ipod touch help - how to get movie on it?

We have digital copy of a movie and I downloaded it to our itunes account and it is in our movie library. How do I get it actually on my ipod touch?

I'm no expert but I think you have to connect to your computer and Synch it. I may be saying it wrong.

if you manually add content to your ipod, its just like any song, you just drag and drop it into your ipod after you connect it. i hope thats what you were asking lol.

Pretty sure you have to convert to the correct file format.
