Can anyone tell me if its possible to transfer mobile numbers from an old phone into a new iphone without having to type in each on manually.

I;ve tried connecting by blue tooth but my old phone says it doens't support the iphone!!!

I don't want to spend my whole night typing in numbers - bore!!

I never found a solution except that it was easier to type in the Contacts in Outlook and sync that way :thumbsup2

Me neither.....I simply had to type all of the contacts in beforehand.

I just saved all my numbers to my sim card in my old phone. Then when I put the sim card into my iphone the contacts were all still there.

Were you already with 02? I was with Vodafone and when I tried to do that it wouldn't let me:confused3

Oh right, I was already with 02 anyway, I guess thats why I was able to do that.

The only two ways I can think of is by syncing with Outlook or Mobile Me with your contacts put in there.

It really is a pain in the behind that the iPhone doesn't support Bluetooth for contact exchanges.
