Download the You Tube app from the App Store. Set up a login and password for You Tube. Search for the WDWINFO channel and subscribe. Future podcasts will appear under your subscribed channels, and you will see the past ones listed.

i watch the live shows on my iphone straight through the livestream link in my reminder email that comes each week.

It would be awesome to have a video feed so that I could download the podcast instead of having to stream it through the Youtube app and use up data. Revision3 and TWiT make their video podcasts available as downloads in iTunes in a number of formats and sizes.

I get that using Youtube allows you to monetize the shows through advertising and I definitely agree with that since you are committing a serious amount of time and money to it.
