i missed the Sams Club $250 gift card deal so does anyone know the best offers out there now or coming soon on the 6s? We have AT&T and I prefer to stay with them. Were there good after Christmas sales on iPhones last year?

another way to get an iPhone cheaply is if you got good credit, u can apply for a citi access card, you spend $2000 and they give u $650 back.

Is this in addition to their "trade in a smart phone and get $200 credit" deal and their "add a line and get a $100 credit" deal?

My guess is that you can't combine.

Hmmmmm......considering.

We need to add a child to our plan and were going to see if we could get this all wrapped up by next week.

ETA: Just looked it up. So you can get 2 iPhones OR 2 Galaxy S6, but you can't get one of each. Also, you have to be putting in at least one new line of service with this deal. One new line and one can be an existing line.

We don't need a new line but DD16 may be willing to change her phone # for a new phone. But that would ruin the surprise.

Ok, reading online, it looks like you can combine the deals.

UP to $200 per trade in phone (so you can do two for this deal), get two iPhones, as long as one will be a new line (or Galaxy S6).

So, for us, for example, since we want a new line with an iPhone 6S......

$100 credit for starting a new line, plus $400 credit for turning in 2 old, eligible smart phones.

Net, $50 for two new iPhones. However, if you have a Plenty account, you will get a $100 credit on that as well, making this a money maker.

Last time I was in they also had a "buy a new iPhone, get an iPad mini for $49" deal. Not sure if that is still good or not. I do know that if you get the Samsungs they are offering a free tablet with $10/month service.

I am going in tomorrow to verify.

I went online to the AT&T website and bought 3 phones that were all due for an update. I got 2 iphone 6plus and 1 regular iphone 6. I did not have to change my plan and I paid 400 for each phone (which is half price) I tried to go to an AT&T store and buy them there but they were changing my plan and although I would pay nothing upfront for the phones they stretched the payment over 18 months and I would have actually had paid full price for the phones at the end of 18 months. I called the 1 800 number when I was buying the phones online and the AT&T worker walked me through it.

it could be cheaper to just have an extra line sitting active... assuming your per line access is $15(15GB+).
instead of paying $22 a month, u be paying $15 a month instead. You get an extra line just in case. $168 in savings for the 2 yrs if you were to go through the BOGO.

if your line access is $25, cheaper to go through NEXT.

We just did this on Saturday. We originally went in to inquire about the iPhone 6s for ds for Christmas. When they told us about the BOGO deal, we did the math and it would be cheaper to add the line and just have around for a spare phone than to pay the going rate sometime down the road to upgrade my phone.
It's not 100% free. You pay the taxes up front which were around $50 for each 6s phone. Also you are technically signed up for the 24 month Next plan for the "free" phone which is $21.67/month x 24 months. You pay for the first 3 months (something to do with fraud reduction) then after 3 months you get charged and credited the 21.67.

The mini ipad was for the mini 2. You pay $99 for it but have to have it signed up as another device on our data plan at $10/month for 24 months. I passed on that.

It's also nice to see that they now allow us to "park" the new phone, then give us a paper with instructions to activate it Christmas morning. They also offer a family insurance plan for like $29 or 30, it insures all of our phones. My mom is in our group so that's 5 (now 6 phones) covered for around $8 more than what we were paying for 3.

They did offer the phones at $299 (64G) with a 2 yr agreement but then we'd lose our $25/month discount so that was a no brainer as well.

Sorry, just got back online - the ad I read said ATT, Sprint, & Verizon when you trade up and activate a iPhone 6s or 6s Plus. The deal is on page 22 of the target ad for this week.

I think that I first had to check a box that confirmed that I was do for an upgrade. Then there was one other box that the women on the phone had me check off before I could complete the transaction. It was a pain in the butt but it saved me over $1500 for the 3 new iphones

How did you do 3 and not a BOGO?

I still haven 't gone in but hope to this afternoon.

However, I want to trade in phones for the $200 buy back program too.

Ok, I went in today and wasn't able to do as well as I had hoped, but that is ok.

I did not get the $100 credit for a new line.
I did get $200 for our Galaxy S3
I did get the 2nd phone free
I did get plenti points

I am trying to read all the fine print. It is a little confusing. What did you need to do to get the $200 phone credit? It is only 1 since technically only 1 is an upgrade? I can't find which phones are eligble for this. Is it immediate, as in must turn in phone right there and get $200 off? Also, just making sure I understand, I have 2 phones eligble for upgrade. Can I upgrade 1 and start a new line for the other and then immediately cancel the line that I am replacing?

The $200 credit is ONLY available for new lines. So, I was only adding 1 new line, the other was an upgrade, so it didn't qualify.

I think you can cancel any line that you are not under contract with, but a new phone will be a new number. Someone else was doing that while I was in the store.

I believe I read Best Buy will have 6s 16 for $1 with new activation- Sprint and Verizon only
