iPad apps for photos?

I just purchased my first Apple product, and iPad Mini, and I was wondering if anyone had suggestions for useful Apps to edit/view photos. I use Picasa on my computer for all photo editing (after filtering thru Noiseware) and I'm not sure if there are any similar programs to use on the iPads.
