IOA or US

We're trying to decide which park to go too, we only have one day so we have to pick which park. We have been to US just once about 4 years ago. My kids are 11 and 13 and do not like roller coasters, would I be wasting my time at IOA or are there alot of other things to do. I would like to go to IOA just because we've never been there. But just want to make sure there are plenty of things to do for the kids.
