IOA late opening tonight

It must be a private event of some kind...not for onsite guests though.We have just returned from City walk after walking up there from the Enclave for a cool beer ( walked there and back!). Huge flocks of folks were going to IOA, was this a special opening for onsite guests?Must try and stay onsite next time.
