Invitations

I am getting ready to order my pocketfold invitations and I am not sure how many inserts to include. For those of you that did pocketfold invitations what type of inserts do I need? I can't do transportation yet since we don't know what times the buses will come, but I know I will need accommodations and an rsvp card, but what else?

Here is what we did:

Our accommodations card also has transportation on the bottom half. The transportation part of the card says that transportation instructions will be included in an information packet that they will receive when they check in at their resort.

I had R.S.V.P, Accomodations, Map & Directions to church and reception (might not apply to you though), and a Reception card.
