Invitation Wording - Need a bit of Help!

Hiya guys

got the proofs back for my invitations today and im just not happy with the wording of a bit of it and my mum and i just cant seem to think of somethign good - I was wondering if you could give us a hand?

'Followed by our reception
at The Magic Kingdom

and afterwards at our home reception
on saturday 12th April 2008

the italics is the bit we are not happy with........ i want to say that if you cant make usa please come to our home reception but dont want to say it like that - argh so confused!

Any ideas?

My wording for my home reception is

Aimee and Phil

to join them at a reception to be held at

to celebrate their marriage which is taking place
on ...........

We weren't able to have our planned at-home reception as my mom passed before the wedding and it just didn't seem appropriate anymore.

But, what we initially did was have separate invites for the wedding and the at-home reception. If you don't want to make separate invites, and I know that is a hassle, saying what JonetteA said, "home reception to follow on ___ at ___" sounds good.

Since we had an Intimate we knew we had a limited number of guests, so the separate invites would have gone to our guests and everyone else (friends, cousins, aunts, etc.) who were not invited to the wedding. It was sort of a wedding announcement/invitation all in one. I don't remember the exact wording, but basically it said:
Jennifer and Jonathan were married on October 20th 2005 in a small ceremony at Walt Disney World, Because you have shared in their lives, (Bride's parents) and (Groom's parents) invite you to a celebration of their marriage on ____ at ____
This was also a good way to include RSVP cards for the at-home reception so we had a count of who would attend, how much food and beverage to provide, etc.

We were lucky, at the time my company had a contract with a local printer and the invitations were free, this was especially good considering they all had to be thrown out . Since she had to re-print all of my actual wedding invitations when mom passed, I didn't want to trouble her with re-printing the announcements too, so we ended up just making our own wedding announcements, which came out really cute.
