Invitation to meet with GM of Y&BC/BCV

On Thursday, we received a letter under our door inviting us to meet with the GM the next morning for coffee and conversation. We would have loved to do it but it was from 8:30 to 9:30 Friday am and our flight was at 10:30 so we could not make it.

I remember someone else reporting about this. I wonder how often he is holding these...once a month?? Anyway, I think it is very nice that he is interested in our feedback.

This was the first trip that my DH was with DS2 and me for our whole BCV stay and he has now seen the light!

I've recieved those too, and have had the chance to meet with Sam Pensula and afew others. I believe they do try to hold these guest session either every month or at least quarterly. I am surprised by the hours you were invited, as I recall each time in the past, we've met between 7:30-9am

I don't think we have the letter anymore but I'm almost 100% certain it was 8:30-9:30am. If it had started any earlier, we would have gone. I even considered trying to go for 10 or 15 minutes but we had to return a car to Hertz and I remembered the security lines at MCO and didn't even talk to my DH about it. He tends to leave as late as possible and when he said too bad about the time, I knew it was a no go.

I would think 8:30 to 9:30 would work well for a lot of people though.

We attended one of these sessions back in May. Thought it was nicely done, with ample opportunity to voice any concerns. The session we attended had a huge turnout.
