Hi
We are off to DLP for 1st trip at end of Nov its just me and 6yr old.
I am trying to sort out evening meals in my head.
I thought we could do Inventions, cafe Mickey & wild west show.
Any ideas of prices and best times to book the above and any advice of these places.
Thanks
Hi there - you might find this website useful magicalkingdoms dot com
Inventions is pricey, it's 51 euros for adults and 20 euros for a 6 year old. It is an all you can eat buffet of a very high standard with lots of character interaction. I haven't eaten here myself but lots of DISers highly recommend it!
Cafe Mickey is also a character restaurant, and the prices vary depending what you have. it's not a buffet, you eat from a menu - I would really recommend it, the character interaction is great! But you should definitely book if you want to eat here, it is probably the busiest restaurant in DLP. You will see the menu on the website above, but it is possible to eat here without spending too much e.g. get a big pizza to share.
Some people have been buying tickets for the wild west show at a discounted rate from a french website and using them successfully, one of them may be able to help you with that.
As for what times to book, it depends when the parks shut during your stay. If the park shuts at 7pm, you may want to go to Cafe Mickey at 6.30pm because it will be quieter then. We went at 8.30pm last year and it was full, we had booked but still had to wait over 20 minutes for a table. With your 6 year old you may want to eat earlier anyway.
