Invalid Last Name??

I keep this message when I try to make on-line ADRs today. I've used the system quite a bit and never gotten this before? I tried logging onto the site and using the system and I've tried doing it w/o logging into the site. Has anyone else experienced this?

I just did too. I thought it was just me.

Do you have a hyphenated last name? That may be it. Just put a space instead of a hyphen.


I haven't made any today so I'm not sure.

Yep, I was getting it too. I was thinking "There's not even a place to put a last name!" Now, it's down all together.

Earlier, it wasn't allowing me to pull up my reservation that is within 90 days of check in but was allowing me to pull up my reservation that is 100 days from check in (but it didn't open up the 90+10, just stated it was now associated with any ressies made)

Disney is busy "improving" the site again
Different things have been up, down, disappearing, or just plain not working for most of the week

Their entire system is down across the nation. The website has been having issues since this morning and is now completely down. Phoning in wont work wither.
