Interval International Trade TO Sedona, Arizona: need your help!

We have decided to do a DVC exchange to Sedona, AZ. I called Member Services today and there are instant trades available for three locations in Sedona: (1) Premiere Vacation Club and Sedona Vacation Club at Los Abrigados Resort and Spa, (2) Sunterra's Ridge on Sedona Golf Resort, or (3) Sunterra's Sedona Summit. All three look nice. Has anyone stayed at any of these resorts? Do you have any recommendations? We are looking for a 1 BR for a trade during the summer of 2009. Are we crazy to go in the summer?

Any insight will be greatly appreciated!

hi there, I live in the phoenix valley, and the weather is awesome in Sedona for the summer. It's not too hot..in fact everyone in the valley usually drives up there for the weekends to get away from the heat here.
