Interval International - Available to Resale Members?

I just received the email about 2022 “enhancements,” and cannot determine if as a resale owner I can utilize Interval. Is there a clear answer available to this question?

Just like RCI, II is available to resale members.

The communication was not clear to me. The following line makes me wonder whether things have changed: "Interval International options, meanwhile, are part of the new updated World Collection, which for eligible Members also includes your favorite Concierge Collection properties across the globe"

This wasn't clear to me either. I'm a white card member after the 2019 changes. I was wondering about using Interval as well as the ability to stay at the other Disney resort hotel exchange options now, such as the moderate resorts?

Resale points can be used for II but not for Disney hotels, cruises, etc.
