Hey im new to this site so please be nice. i figured that if there was anyone who would know about summer internships it would be the people on this site so if u have any advice please reply. last year when my family travelled over to florida we met up with one of my dads friends who works in WDW, he told me about ppl getting summer jobs in epcot representing their part of the world in the world showcase. i live in the UK n was wonderin if anyone knew anything about this?

If you're a college student, there's the Disney College program, which appears to be geared mainly at U.S. college students. There's also the International Program, which seems to be what you're interested in.

Percussion Girl, the WDW International Program is a year-long program; no longer, no shorter (except in some cases; I think there's a separate program for Brazilians.)
