Internet at the Dolphin

Anyone have experience with WiFi at the Dolphin? My family was there last week and had a problem. Does location of your room make a difference? I think they had a hot spot but I don’t know how that works or helps. But WiFi made it hard to check in with their work at home. Seems surprising since it’s a convention hotel.

Can't help you specific to Dolphin, but I've definitely been at hotels where room location matters. I had to have one hotel move me so I was closer to the access point.
