Looks a bit rosy but makes a nice optimistic headline. Can’t imagine Disney is eyeing any hotel openings because of it though... For now the admin is “re-visiting” it on a weekly basis and that reality is getting uglier by the week. I know we’re going down/stabilizing COVID wise here but EU and Brazil are surging. Brazil disastrously so as they are breaking their daily records in cases, vaccine distribution in the EU is a mess, and Canada is at the very end of the developed world line for shots, for goodness sakes they’re trying to draw from COVAX. While the land border with MX is closed to nonessential travel, flights are currently allowed with a test so that doesn’t affect FL.
And vaccine wise much of those countries are administering AZ at 12 weeks apart so full AZ-level protection won’t happen until like 3.5 months from shot 1. So maybe we see restrictions lighten up come summer on the UK as they’ll be into second doses by then but anyone else (aside from China, idk what will get them off the ban list) is a very long shot practically speaking.
