Hey!
I have always wanted to work for Disney, even for a summer, but I was not aware of the Disney Cultural Exchange Program when I was doing my undergraduate degree. I am starting my Masters in Canada in September and started looking into opportunities to work in Disneyworld. On the Disney careers site, it just says you have to be enrolled in a degree in an accredited university to apply for the DCEP, and I am aware that postgraduate students (masters, etc) are allowed to apply for the regular DCP, so would I be eligible while doing my Masters? Or is the cultural representative program my only option?
