Interesting new jewelry to assist with anxiety and/or stimming

Never thought of specific jewelry for it. I do have rings that allow for fidgeting. They have all been purchased from Hot Topic and have a movable ring portion so if I get nervous or anxious I can spin the ring.

The ARK brand chew necklaces (available on Amazon) have been really helpful to our son - he has lego and shark tooth chew necklaces. After years of chewing his nails, holes through shirts and necklines/cuffs from shirts, sweaters and jackets, we decided to try these. He still chews all those other things, but the necklaces do help - his clothes might last a little longer and his fingers are less red.

The pocket things look interesting, but the square rings? I get that the creator is an artist, but a square base on a ring (and a really honking-big thing on top of it) makes me think people would fidget with it even if they weren't feeling fidgety, only because it's uncomfortable and catching/snagging on things. The cigarette 'case' is too obvious, not that it should be a stigma to have that urge, but that everyone will be watching you fidget with it, or wondering what the heck it is, and I would think that'd make the urges even more pronounced, since it's right there all the time, as an attention getter?

Yeah--pretty sure I couldn't wear them (too high of a profile on the rings), but looked interesting perhaps for other adults. More upscale (and expensive) than "chewelry", for sure.

Thanks for the link! I have a daughter that has signs of high anxiety and she bites her nails til they bleed. I will definitely look into this!
