Not looking for any ice cream treats, as if we want ice cream, it will be a gelato at Vivoli (spectacular!). Also not looking for cupcakes (I'll be indulging in those throughout the parks!!).

Any out of the ordinary desserts you've stumbled upon at any of the QS places that are awesome? I'm thinking of having lunch at Saana, then heading to DS for the afternoon. I'll want something sweet by mid-afternoon!

Seriously? No one had anything worth chatting about?

Amorette's is not a QS, but the desserts there look fab! We had one of the dome cakes in December and it was tasty.

Yes - Amorette's is a designer bakery. It is not standard Disney boring dessert quality but amped up. Be sure to stop there.
I've never had it but have been told that the brownie at Earl of Sandwhich is pretty amazing too.

Wolf Gang puck Express (marketplace side) has the best cheesecake I have ever had and the creme brulee is fantastic too.

Besides Vivoli (for pistachio), we always stop in at Amoretti's & Ganachery.

Amoretti's has a showcase with decadent pastries.

Ganachery, in addition to 'just truffles', also serves a freshly made s'more.

FWIW, cupcakes at Sprinkles are superior quality to anything sold by Disney....and available via an 'ATM'.

Aristocrepes! We indulged in the s’mores crepe and it was yum, yum, yummy! And surprisingly large for a crepe. It was big enough to share. We plan to snag one again on our upcoming trip.

Wow - that sounds great! This is what I was looking for - something a little different! But I don't know about that sharing' stuff . . .

Moonshine cake or mockingbird cake at Homecomin to-go window

Cheesecake or creme brûlée at Wolfgang Puck Express

Sprinkles has cookie sandwiches with frosting in between, haven't had it yet, but friends raved about it.

Tried a few things at Amorette's, didn't care for it. Nothing stood out.

I didn't know they had a to-go window! I wanted to try that mockingbird cake badly!

We went when they first opened and I couldn't find the take out window. I just ordered a slice of moonshine cake to go from the bar (it has a separate entrance than the restaurant).

If you have a Magnolia Bakery near you, they offer a mockingbird cupcake. My location has it as the cupcake of the day on Fridays. I compared it to Art's recipe, i think it's the same. It was delicious! Carrot cake with a touch of pineapple.
