I saw something in an article today that i found quite interesting.
http://movies.yahoo.com/news/why-television-trouncing-film-major-media-companies-041355000.html
While the article is about TV revenues vs. Movie Revenues, What I found REALLY interesting from the numbers listed on the annual reports was Disney "Parks and Resorts" vs. Universal "Theme Parks" revenue amounts.
Disney had about $1.55Bil listed as coming from Parks and Resorts, vs. Universal's $830Mil... So a little over half of Disney's total....Despite Disney's Park and Resorts division including several more theme parks that Universal, As well as a LOT more Hotels, The Cruise Line, and the Time Share sales.
For the 'Little Guy', Universal's not doing too bad.
